Krystal Butler, Nutrition & Lifestyle 

Krystal’s optimistic yet straight-to-the-point coaching style is perfect for busy individuals, looking to regain the zest out of life. With passion and optimism, she guides clients through positive lifestyle changes with compassionate accountability and knowledge. As a mom of 6 who at 36 had to undergo a hysterectomy and adapt to a new body, Krystal knows firsthand what it takes to find balance emotionally, mentally and physically. She is grateful that her own life journey provided those lessons so she can lead with her heart and complete understanding.

As a Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach, Krystal also draws upon her Master’s in Psychology, personal life experiences and formal Nutrition Certification to provide her clients with the best chance at success for a holistic lifestyle change. She is more than just a coach, she is a cheerleader, educator and accountability partner. Her voice can always be heard saying, “I want to help others improve their lives so that they can live them to the fullest as the gift that it is.”

 


Charles Butler, Fitness 

Charles brings a direct, no-nonsense perspective to his wellness clients that is balanced with humor and wit. As a retired firefighter, he believes in getting out of the gym and living a physically active lifestyle to achieve results and maintain them. Leading with ambition and focus, Charles custom tailors each fitness and wellness program to each of his clients.

Thanks to his naturally active lifestyle outside of the gym including hobbies such as swimming, surfing, mountain biking, etc. has allowed him to keep the same physique since he was 17. Combining his formal Personal Training Certification, focusing on strength training without relying on a gym, along with his willingness to learn, he solidified the knowledge he has gained through his own experiences and personal fitness journey.

You can often find him discussing the importance of targeted and client specific programing by saying, “We become so focused on expectations of the “one size fits all” model, that we fail to realize we are individuals. Individuals need individualized plans in order to be successful in lifestyle and wellness changes.”
